1. Pre-Order System

All products are sold strictly on a pre-order basis, unless otherwise stated.

Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked unless announced on our Instagram: @thef1thriftstore.shop.

Estimated delivery timelines are shared via the “Update” Highlights on our Instagram profile.

2. No COD – Prepaid Only

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be fully prepaid via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported methods.

Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

We only ship within India using reliable courier partners.

Shipping charges are paid by the customer and vary based on location and package weight.

Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

TheF1ThriftStore is not responsible for delivery delays due to courier issues, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed once the order is placed and payment is made.

Each item is quality-checked before dispatch. In the rare event of a serious issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
