Payment Policy

1. Fixed Prices – No Negotiations

All product prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

We do not offer discounts, bundle deals, or promo codes (unless mentioned or given).

Prices reflect the uniqueness, quality, and sourcing effort behind each piece.

2. Prepaid Orders Only – No COD

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be 100% prepaid via:

UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm, etc.)

Bank Transfer / IMPS / NEFT

Debit/Credit Card (if you use a payment gateway)

3. Shipping Within India Only

We ship exclusively within India.

Standard shipping charges apply and are added at checkout or confirmed during order finalization.

No free shipping — buyer covers delivery costs.

4. Order Validity & Payment Window

Orders are only confirmed after payment is received.

If you're paying via bank transfer or UPI, payment must be made within 1 hour of order placement.

Failure to pay on time will result in automatic cancellation.

5. No Cancellations or Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is paid for, unless there is an error from our end.
